Window / Hatch automation
This application is best suited for ventilation in commercial and office buildings, where aesthetics plays a significant role. Windows are fitted with a fully automated actuator that mechanically opens the window.
Window Automation
Actuators can be installed in four different ways:
Top Hung
Centre Pivoted
Side Hung
Bottom Hung
Smoke hatch automation (cold storage)
In this system, iso-board hatches are installed and fitted with motorised linear actuators that open in the event of a fire to allow the smoke to pass from the cold room into a ceiling void. Then, the smoke is then extracted through roof openings.
